| Responsibilities: |
- Review the current
drawings from French design center and transfer them to local
factory documents
- Build the sample to
evaluate the production capacitability in ASMS according to the
item master file.
- Work with related
departments to improve the yield in process and control the cost.
- First Article approval
for finished goods and components
- Create the measurement/
testing method to control the process of ASMS/ and evaluate the
suppliers.
- Communicate with desing
center and get help for the internal mass production issue and
the customer complaint
- Review the design
modification and issue the ECN to design center for approval if
necessary
- Participation in the
material / component localization

| Requirement: |
- Engineering College
Degree with good writing/reading English and general oral English.
- Knowledge of safety
agency standards and experienced in using LCR meters, Hipot testers,
comparator and X-ray.
- 3 years connector
building experience and have design experience for connector is
priority

Assurance Engineer |
| -----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

| Responsibilities: |
- Prepare all documents
for ISO9001: 2000 certification and perform internal pre-audit
- Review all parameters
at mechanical, electrical to meet UL /CAS requirement and ASMS
specification
- Assure all documents
being controlled and released to ASMS production line timely.
- Perform environmental
testing and reliability testing (Drop Test, Humidity, Flammability,
Thermal shock, Vibration Test and insulation).
- Create qualification
plan for new products based on ASMS standards or customer's requirements.
- Communicate with customer
in any customer's complaint and perform failure analysis till
the problem is resolved.

| Requirement: |
- Engineering College

- Knowledge of safety
agency standards and ISO 9001 application procedures
- 3 years quality assurance
experiences and ISO maintaining in foreign company
- work experience in
connector companies is a plus

| Responsibilities: |
- Responsible for incoming
inspection to make sure all incoming compliance with specification.
- Communicate with supplier
to improve the incoming qulaity issue and audit the supplier if
need
- Check and audit the
production line to ensure in-process inspection, test operations,
and processes properly specified and performed
- Apply Statistical
Process Control (SPC) principles to analyze the failures in process.
- Work with related
departments to perform “defective prevention”/ or corrective actions
to achieve continuous quality improvement.
- Follow up internal
defective actions/corrective actions and issue the quality weekly
report.

| Requirement: |
- Bachelor degree or
equivalent education, 2 years quality control experiences in connector
company
- Be able to communicate
effectively and accurately in English (written, oral) as needed.
- Familiar with the
stamping/ moulding process is priority.
