b) Shipment batch & History inquiry
c) The Invoice No corresponding to the PO.
d) Item Cross reference to Amphenol Item
e) Credit Balance inquiry
f) Varaiant SurveyThe service items iclude above items but not limited
to above items, we will provide more services to our customer when
our customer have the new demand on services.

3. Why need the password to access the E-services? |
| A:
As the E-services provide the confidential data
for our customer, so only the direct customer can access the E-services
system, they need apply for the user ID and password prior to the
access to E-services system. |

how to apply for the passowrd? |
A: You can obtain the user ID from our customer services center by
following the below instruction |

1）Download the application form Downlaod
(Right Click“Download”,then select "Save target as ",
and save the application form to your local hard-disk) |

2） Fill in the application form |
3） Send the application form to customer services center,mail is: |
|
4） In 24 hours, customer services center will send back the user ID
to your mailbox. |

to change the password? |
| A: After you login the
system successfully, then you can change the password. |

my password, How to take back it? |
| A: Please click the "Forget
password" on the left panel to obtain your password. |
