Job Description for IT Engineer

Desk-side support to Internal & External Users, include Installing/configuring software/hardware/devices, troubleshooting the client software & hardware problem;  Server management and performance monitor, system disaster recovery;  Infrastructure system maintenance and system security.


Requirement:

1)	Excellent English reading & writing skill, can communicate with foreign colleague in English
2)	Good attitude, responsible and reliable, task oriented, be positive and can work under pressure
3)	Strong knowledge in compute hardware and software, have the program coding skill and database knowledge, have the high ability on troubleshooting, can resolve all kind of problem efficiently. Hand-on Programming experience is required to apply for this position. The programming language can be any of the VB/Java/C# and so on.
4)	Be familiar with the LAN/WAN/Cisco router/switch/, network security knowledge, server hardware knowledge. It is preferable for holding CCNA/CCNP certificate
5)	Good experience in Win2003 server platform/SQL Server2000/T-SQL/, It is preferable for holding a MCSE certificate

Remark:
  This is a junior position, above 1 years’ working experience is fit to try it. The career target of this position is the system Infrastructure Engineer or Senior .Net Programmer. Hand-on Programming Experience is critical requirement to obtain the interview chance.
